The Perfect Burger

Cool vibe and set up in the Westminster location. We were greeted and seated right away and the staff was very friendly. Took the orders and pink is the way I  like the burger, which was delivered.

The burger came on a potato bun WITH SESAME SEEDS, catching me by surprise! They were stacked high and soft, the only note I have is that they could have been more toasted as the borrom bun was completely soggy and falling apart. This was a messy burger, don’t wear your nice clothes unless you have a bib. The Gruyere Cheese was melted, oozing out with great flavor. The pickles had zing and the lettuce was crisp.

But here is what made the difference: Bacon Onion Jam that carried a salty sweetness then had homemade house roasted garlic aioli that brought a lasting heat! The best combination of flavors I have ever had on a burger. The patty was Colorado Raised Angus Beef. It was ½ lb.  patty. The quality of the meat was great. Pink inside and the flavor was good but could have a little more punch. Juicy and tides in as a whole burger was a MESS! A GOOD MESS. The fries are sold separately. They are hand cut and salted and fried ideally. We got a large basket and there were a TON, we could have easily ordered a small basket.  The overall meal was good size. $13.99
